HYDROCELL RP 5T is produced from new particles with particle size 5 µm (d₅₀). The pore size is 140Å . These particles have high pore volume, and small pore size. The major advantages of these new media are lower back pressure and higher permeability in the operation. The media will reduce the fluctuation and drop of back pressure when it was used in the gradient separation.

• RP 5T are prepared from 5 µm (d₅₀), 140 Å spherical PS-DVD particles which give increased permeability, reducing the fluctuation and drop of back pressure and are suitable for the separation of small organic compounds, small drugs and other small biomolecules.
