Bulk Media Hydrocell media are produced from highly cross-linked macroporous and nonporous polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymers. Bulk quantities of media are available in a variety of particle sizes and bonded phases for applications from analytical to preparative and process. Bulk media in 20µm, 30 µm and 50 µm particle sizes are produced for medium and low pressure liquid chromatography, down stream processes and solid phase extraction. Bonded phases for ion exchange (DEAE, QA, CM, and SP), Hydrophobic Interaction (C3, C4 and Phenyl), Reversed Phase (RP-, S, D, G) and Nucleic Acid (NS, , QA and RP-S, D) separation are available. The media are manufactured and quality controlled to the same specifications. Direct scale up from analytical microgram level to process kilogram scale can be achieved without change in adsorbent selectivity.
